Eyes of the World at the closer? Yikes! I could do without that one completely. Go Your Own Way will never leave its position. I think it's more likely that The Chain and Landslide would move--totally agree with you there. My encores would go in this order:

Though if Songbird doesn't close the show (as Christine ruminated), I wonder what would. Maybe Landslide? That would work great. Never have understood why they don't save that song for toward the very end.
I still don't know why people aren't including Brown Eyes + Oh Daddy, they're very likely based on tweets and band comments. My big question mark is whether they will include new songs or not. My last setlist was this (if Paul McCartney and Beyonce/Jay Z can do 40+ songs, FM can do at least 25):
