I'd also try to go by the type of music your friend already listens to. And also, if you can, try to see of you can find some of the older stuff and the other members (besides Stevie) solo work. For instance, my one friend likes blues and r&b, so I played her alot of the early stuff, like some Chicken Shack, my Legendary Christine Perfect album bootlegs, and stuff like Hypnotized. My one friend likes metal, and all the screamo stuff, so I've been thinking of playing Come and Murrow for her, 'cuz that's sort of around the metal genre. None are converts yet, but I'm trying.
