No. Lindsey didn't mash together lyrics from several different Stevie songs, unless you count him taking the lyrics he wanted from her song to make

We all know there's a longer version of
Sara, but no I don't think Lindsey generally cut lyrics or verses out of Stevie songs, although I'm sure he WANTED to. She put her foot down.
