She once referred to Kenny Loggins in an interview (only half-jokingly) as "Kenny 'slave driver' Loggins" saying that he knew exactly what he wanted from her on that song and "he got it. And my hat is off to him because I'm not that easy to work with when people start
telling me what to do". Can you spell Lindsey?? Which is why she loves Dave but sometimes one can be too close to one's own work and
need that objective outside editor/director (Kenny, Lindsey, Jimmy, etc) to shape an even better performance. It's why I'm excited and yet a little nervous about this new album.
