The "long album" concept is something that I can't understand either... What happens when you release a "short" album is that, if people don't like two or three tracks in it, they'll say you could have chosen better material, especially if you
did have better material. This time there was an enormous mountain of songs, and they released what they wanted, even with more freedom because they didn't have to make room for Chris's songs. And with 18 songs, it's just impossible to like them all, but it all falls into a diversity of styles that's just wonderful in its own way! I love it. Of course I skip songs (I think at the time there are two Lindsey tunes and two Stevie tunes... I'm very democratic

), but that does not mean that the CD has excellent songs...
Oh and it's very funny that "Bob Welch" reviewed the CD...
