It is wrong, isn't it? It's obvious that it's not just that the fan club have sorted out their presales... because presales in the US continue to either bring up bad tickets or just go wrong in general! I have to ask... can the blame be laid on other organisations as well as the fan club? Do Ticketmaster have a hand in it too? Or even the promoter? It's more than a little strange.
But congrats to everyone who did well in the fan club presale! The fan club has far to go in order to redeem itself... if it ever does... but this is a start, I guess. How about making it up to the fans in the US in some form or fashion, JT?
Pip is right though. It's pathetic that we were all driven straight to eBay instead of being able to trust in the knowledge that the fan club would come up with the goods. I bought quite a few of my tickets through eBay, and might have waited (and saved some cash) if I had been able to trust in one word that fan club said in the first place. I'm beginning to doubt the moron ever went to business school, otherwise he would know that having your customer's trust is one of the most important things... otherwise it ain't gonna sell.
