OK! I cannot standby idly and just read this forum, I must contribute! I am over the moon, out of this world excited about this news. Like many of us, Fleetwood Mac's body of work has meant so uch to my life, and my own little world, but Christine's songs are what mean the most to me. I have been distraught before, to know that she would never tour, or would never write music anymore. So, to hear this is simply amazing, and not even as a fan, as another person and human being, I am happy that she is finding herself, and still proves to me why life can be s adventurous and different, it can really take you anywhere....

Meow for the fan stufffff!!!

I hope she play the following songs-
Solo
- Calumny
- Friend
-You are
- Northern Star

Fleetwood Mac Material:
- Spare me a little of your love
- Over, and Over******
-Honey Hi**********
-Say you love me
-You make loving fun*******
-Believe Me****
-Why****
-Heroes are Hard to Find***
-Warm ways****
-Never make me cry***
-Everywhere
-Little Lies ( but a better live version than that of the mirage tour)
-Come a little bit closer****
-Love in store
-Hold Me
-Think about me

for the encore-or closer
of course Songbird or.....
-Never forget
-Farmer's Daughter

NOW this is for michellej and anyone else who inquires about Chris' 70's sound-

Chris' piano playing is very distinct. I'm sure all of us who study Fleetwood Mac realize this, and of course only she can tell us what she means, but I think she is talking quite literally about sound. I believe Chris is the 70's sound for the band. Without her they are an awesome rock band, but it's her sound and distinct bluesy way she plays chords that make the "seventies sound, not even Tuggle can recreate. It's in her blood and the feeling comes out through her fingertips. When I listen to bands and music of that era, what really made that "seventies sound" were the keyboards and guitar. Lindsey plays around with his sounds a bit, especially with the intro of dreams, and his solos, but the clav sound mixed in with what I said above is where that sound comes from. Here is a clip of what I am talking about (or attempting to explain)

As for the songwriting, Chris knows how to do that, and we all know her love songs. Heartbreaking in good ways.

So, if anyone has read this far into this lengthy post, thank you for bearing with me.
