Sardonic World aside, Lindsey has referenced CAH with regard to
Go Insane long before her book came out. He never shied away from talking about Stevie either, but I think most of the album is about CAH and there is necessarily overlap between his relationship with Carol and the one with Stevie that I think also shows up. Certainly, one influenced the other and the person he was in that subsequent relationship and it also influenced the person that CAROL was.
