this is what i always think of first when i hear the song Peacekeeper
http://www.un.org/en/peacekeeping/ . i realized after reading some of the explanations, that LB, as a person who lived most of his life in the US, may have not meant that kind of peacekeeper.
my second thought, after reading some additional explanations from people who said he may have meant this
