Stevie Wonder, Bjork, Wire, Sonic Youth, The Ex, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Notorious B.I.G., Stereolab, Pink Floyd, Elvis Presley, Victor Jara, Bob Dylan, B-52s, David Bowie, Love, Ornette Coleman, Michael Jackson, Abba, Gang of Four, The Middle Class, Heart, Bad Brains, and last but not least: X (whose lead vocalists, Exene Cervenka & John Doe, are the Stevie & Lindsey of late 70s SoCal punk, with eerily beautiful vocal harmonies all their own).
But these days FM rules them all. :-)
