It's definitely worth $10 as long as you know what you're getting. The video & sound are HEAVILY edited & the entire thing is quintessentially 1980s cheesy. It's somewhat of a documentary/concert combo, but it doesn't really pull off either very well. I don't regret owning it, but I think I've honestly watched it one time. Everytime I pull it out and start watching, I put it right back in the box after about 1 song. I can't get past the production either. Having said that I'm glad I have it for some weird reason.
