Neither Chris nor Stevie provided vocals for "Big Love." Lindsey has said in interviews that all of the voices on the song are his, some run through an oscillator.
The musician credits on the Time album seem pretty detailed. I imagine if Lindsey sang background vocals on "Winds of Change" it would have been noted.
