Not to be a stickler, but that's 80's denim Stevie's wearing during the "Tango" soundcheck, which you could not escape in the late 80's circa 1987-88'. And yes, unfortunately for her voice, after Betty Ford, Stevie developed a smoking habit that lasted all the way up to 1995-96'. Which I feel impacted ths sound of her vocals on all recordings during these era, She talked about "the patch" and quitting in several interviews during "The Dance."
