Well, I don't think she actually meant that she tried to give that specific book of poems to Lindsey and he didn't want to read them. I think it was more of a hypothetical - Lindsey never
would have read them if she had given them to him... I mean, he never read what she wrote to him on her Bella Donna album, afterall...
