Well, yeah. I guess it's hard to believe that Mick wouldn't have pulled him up on stage.
On the other hand, I mean, look at the way Mick performed in England and Christine didn't get up on stage. But you can say that whatever made
her not want to get up wouldn't have kept John away. I guess I just assume he was in the audience and Mick gave a "shout out" to him at some point during the night.
