were the presales concluded yesterday for those dates? if they were, then they were included in the presale group with greensboro, nc, and those tickets go on sale this saturday at 10AM. i would check the individual venue websites though, i found a press release on the greensboro coliseum that gave me the exact public ticket purchasing info.
