Yes that's been the only thing really bugged me about the credits (who cares if it's Lindsey or Sheryl or Molly lol). My first guess was it was some sort of 'in joke' - but for all I know there actually is some sort of 'black keys' instrument...
I googled it but just got a lot of stuff about a band by the name The Black Keys.

In terms of it being an 'in-joke', it could be that Stevie (and perhaps Lindsey) can really only play the piano in keys like C, Am which only utitlise the 'white keys'. It wouldn't surprise me at all to learn that John has a solid piano knwoledge. So maybe he's helped out or something - and the whole joke is that they're all trying to compensate for Chris' absence... it's pretty funny when you picture them there trying to manage it by themselves, lol!
Either way, if Lindsey was using a Motif, it's as easy as pressing a button to be able to play any key off just the white keys.
