He plays a different style is all. Those guys play a traditional blues/rock style and Lindsey plays his own folk/bluegrass pickin style that doesn't lend itself to playing everything. It's not that I'm saying they are better. Lindsey's every bit as good, for the style of music he writes. I don't think he'd hire out much as a rock session player since he's so unorthodox. Maybe classical or country, but his rock guitar style is his own. Not everybody appreciates it. It's what I like best about his work, but a lot of people don't get it.
