Gee, why didn't they just play the whole friggin' album? {he said, sarcastically as possible} Don't they hammer that overrated album ENOUGH? All the hype about this being a "new era of Fleetwood Mac" and they STILL play 3/4 of the album in concert...it would be nice if they played 3/4 of their NEW material in concert, maybe the concert-goers will be so impressed that the NEW album would sell a bit better...but, no, they cop-out and virtually are promoting "Rumours" for the 25th year in a row. Heard it, heard it again, and again, and again...gimme new material. [/B]

Look, I couldn't agree more with you. I don't consider RUMOURS to be overrated, however, and I fully expect a couple of songs off of it to be played, but I am disapponted with the lack of new material, especially considering how strong the new songs are. (Plus, "Never Going Back Again" from RUMOURS was a real highlight for me.)
I'm hoping that when I see them again on the second leg that newer songs will have been added: "Thrown Down", "Bleed To Love Her", "Illume"---perhaps done acoustically, "Miranda" could replace "Come", so on and so forth. Plus, time to drop "Beautiful Child" in favor of "Seven Wonders" and add "Everybody Finds Out" as well. But I could go on and one about the set list...see the other thread for second leg suggestions!
