Oooh, free ketchup! That's reminding me about how in the 80's, Reagan called it a vegetable and the government (I think...) was giving it to poor families. I remember being like 7 or 8 and reading a newspaper article about this poor family who was living on ketchup sandwiches...hopefully we won't be going back to that.
