I'm 100% sure that this guys doesn't have any of his facts straight!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm positive that Memphis, TN ranks #1 in cars stolen. They rank #1 every year in all national surveys by insurance companies, the government, etc.! I also know this due to all the people I know who have lived or live in Memphis. While my husband lived in Memphis, he had three cars stolen and his friend had four stolen. They always said well that is what we get for living in the #1 place for stolen cars!
Anyway, this guys doesn't even have the data down correctly. Where did he get this stuff anyway?!
I guess it is one idiot's opinion, and you know what they say about opinions.
