Nevermind that it's 30+ years old and none of that was around then....and that it was never released as a single. Wasn't a hit then, certainly not a hit now. Seriously? This is not a difficult concept. By the way, there are still singles - they're called "digital singles". And there are still charts for singles, even in iTunes.
Album cuts (all the other songs on an album not released as a single) still do not have charts. Why would they? If the song is not promoted or played on the radio (or back in the day you could only purchase it as part of the album) then the song would not chart. But, there are charts for albums.
