that said, and even though i see the intention of this thread, as well as the polls, as to just have some fun, i do agree with your criteria and like the list you propose.
MSB - how about Hejira's list or something close to it? which would mean disregard "per album" and "per vocalist" b/c if you try to do that it's obvious we'll never agree.
guess you can just go down Hejira's list, add if you think he forgot something, add to it, and group songs by 10 into each poll or something close to that number, by whatever rule you feel by grouping them?
