The review is nasty not only towards Stevie but towards audience members as well.
I'm a girl and I love to pump my fists just as much as any guy during long guitar solos. That's one of my favorite parts of the concert. Also, many guys love Stevie just as much as the girls. This reviewer does not know what the f*** he is talking about.
