I know there were many pictures of him (especially bowing) that saw that bald spot in the back, but I myself never noticed it. It wasn't a factor to me.
But I am the type of person that will only worry about how my
own hair looks in the front. I don't do the double mirror thing where I see how the back looks. So, I guess Lindsey's back bald spot didn't register with me.
