I agree with the portions! THAT'S the problem, it's hard to make just one serving of meatloaf, or chili, or gumbo, or beef stew. Actually, I have managed to make a tiny meatloaf before, where there were just about two good pieces. Damn that makes me hungry, just thinking about it drownding in a sea of ketchup!!!!

will go to Nashville within the next copuple of years! I'll have to have a proper chat with you before I do though. As you know, it will likely be my next destination when I make another trip to the US.
As for food... I had garlic prawns with flaked chili and rice. Delicious!
