I'm smoking some boneless pork ribs, with Jack Daniel's wood chips(made from the used barrels....smells just like Jack!). I put a garlic, rosemary and thyme rub on them, first thing this morning.

I've been obsessed with smoking lately. I guess mainly because I know winter will be all over us like a cheap suit, in short order...
