To be honest I hate this kind of "all time best" lists When I don't know exact criterions of selection I have doubts of the general quality of these lists. Of course it's great to see "Dreams" but on the other hand why not "Rhiannon"? Why they chose these artists while excluding others? For example: Madonna's "Borderline" was far less memorable and important than Cyndi Lauper's "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" (which served as a women anthem back in the day) or even Pat Benatar's "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" (which started a new phase in female rock). And U2 was criminally overlooked It's not an all time best list it's just somebody's playlist, that's all.
