I wonder why John wanted to punch him. I wonder if John has ever tried to punch Lindsey. We've never heard that. It surprised me in 1997 when Stevie said that they couldn't throw John against a wall and make him stop drinking. By 1997, I thought they had all wrestled their demons into submission, more or less.
