No. You can quash a subpoena if a lawyer signs it and you have compelling reasons (per my agency's policies and procedure manual, section 6.15 lol). It's not that I don't want to help, but one business day notice is ridiculous. I am booked with clients through the month of October and into early November already.

If a judge signed it, it would be a done deal.
