I don't think she's ever described the incident outside of Rock Family Trees, when she ran over to seriously attack him.
I don't know how she did, but for the SYW tour, during Landslide, Stevie would stand behind Lindsey every night and play the piano on his shoulders. She has no trouble getting her arms up there, if she wants.
