Realistically, I don't think Stevie is tall enough to choke Lindsey. I thought I read somewhere that she said she grabbed his arm and it "almost got her killed" so it makes me think she said the thing about her Dad and brother after he was choking her. Also Carol Ann's book made it seem like choking was one of his moves.
