I want to clarify my original point. Money never stopped other bands from imploding, but added fuel to the fire or caused them to implode.
So, I don't believe it's solely money that caused them to regroup in '97 and continue on. They obviously care for one another -- even to the point of helping each other earn a nice living or invest in retirement funds.
