#3 Songs that make you cry:
Hearing Doing The Best That I Can for the first time on You tube.
Reason being, 2008 I was new to the Internet & You Tube, & the first thing i did was type in Stevie's name. To this day i'm not sure why it was her that came to mind first off
cause i totally lost interest in her a long time ago, which i really regret now. anyway the first song i wanted to watch on You Tube was GDW, immediately i became addicted & would stay up till 3 in the morning every night, watching every single fascinating interview, live concert performance's, demos recordings etc, i have been in Stevie heaven ever since!!
Not long after i discovered Doing The Best That I Can piano version, & that song just broke my heart, i bawled my eyes out. I guess at that time when this song was recorded i thought Stevie had dropped off the face of the planet, when in fact she was going through the most torturous, painful time of her life.. very sad indeed..
Anyway thank the Stevie angels she got through it, and now she's finally at peace & happy with her life
