I think she says to the guy in the glasses something like "I cnnot make you understand what I am saying." She looks like she is having so much fun!!! I wonder if she still does things like that and if not, when it "ended?" I cannot imagine it was all due to the substance issue. According to CM, Stevie has a great sense of humor that sort of returned around the time of The Dance. maybe it was the Klonopin. Who knows? I just loved seeing her that funny with a roadie!!!!
