Ohhh wee!!! I'm finally home and settled down enough to think about last nights show... I've been overwhelmed with emotions for a solid 24 hours now. But enough about me.... let's talk about Stevie!!! (and me!)

I know I'm repeating some details already been mentioned but I'mma gonna tell yall again anyways...

Stevie said she had been on vocal rest and that she wasn't going to talk between songs as much as she usually does because it's not the singing that hurts her voice it's the talking and she's been doing so much press lately and having to talk. She told us that if she started talking too much to tell her to stop. She stuck out her hand when she said stop - like stop in the name of lovvvve.

The intro to Annabelle Lee was priceless. With her right arm stretched out around the shoulders of an imaginary Edgar. Stevie says "Hello Edger" and then leaned to pretend she was the imaginary Edgar saying "Hello Stevie." Soooo cute!!! She said he wrote it about his wife a long time ago. Then she sang it.

Soldiers Angel was probably the most well received of all the new songs. I'd probably be sticking my foot in my mouth if I said that folks over here are more patriotic than other places, cause I don't know that for sure...but the crowd liked that song.

When it came time for the Edge walk, I froze like a deer in headlights! I held my camera up and pushed record but my eyes were on Stevie the whole time. She is a beautiful woman. The reality of her age kicked in when I saw her up close. Beautiful in every way but you can just tell she's getting older too. It was just an overwhelming reality for me. I just want her to be happy and I don't want any one to every say anything about her looking older too. It just hurts my heart. I want Stevie to always know she is beautiful and to always feel beautiful and for everyone in the whole wide world to think she's as beautiful as I do. Needless to say, I was so overwhelmed and under the influence of Stevie crack a lack that I couldn't move my feet in the direction of the stage.

I was on the right side 4th row and there were several chiffonheads in the row in front of me. Are any of you ladies on here??? An old fart on my row asked one of you to sit down so his old lady could see.... and you just kind of gave him an agreeable nod like you were going to sit down but casually turned around and kept on standing/dancingish. Very classy move!

I tried not to take my camera out much, cause it was distracting to me...but I do have a few pics and videos that are uploading now.

Oooo wweee! It's way past my bedtime! will post pics tomorrow.
