With 18 votes, "The Second Time" wins least favorite Stevie song and moves on to the nominations for least favorite Post-Rumours song.
Since "Silver Girl" is an album winner for Say You Will, it will move on the nominations for least favorite Rumours era song.
However, since "When I See You Again" lost here and isn't an album winner, it is out of the contest for least favorite song. Let that sink in for a minute. When I See You Again is no longer eligible in the competition.
