...Lindseys voice?
I don't expect perfection but I saw enough Lindsey Live appearances on TV and at this point it seems he never was that far away from doing a good voice performance than now.
Why doesn`t he prepare with a vocal coach for a tour? He's got the talent/skills but like in sports you`ve got to practice. Btw I don`t believe in this age thing.

I'm no expert, but I would imagine you tend to lose range as you get older. Stevie voice has changed as well.

The aging "thing" is reality, unfortunately. LOL! That whole "I have changed but you remain ageless" is a beautiful song, nonetheless. ("Crystal")

Folks are saying both Stevie and Lindsey sound better at the rehearsals and live shows, as compared with the televised productions of Today and NBC. Whatever was wrong (a cold, being outside at the Today Show without a coat/exposure, etc) it seems to have been corrected and maybe the mixing improvements have been made as well.

Nothing, IMO.
 

I don't see the fuss about Lindsey's voice. Watch the LE CD when he sings SYHA and listen to his voice there. It's GREATNESS along with his gorgeous guitar playing!! That clip was filmed recently. I can't wait to hear him live with no production fix-ups in July, then, I can make an assessment of his vocal prowess. I've been hearing that he and Stevie sound TERRIFIC!! :nod:
