Excuse me if this has been brought up before, I haven't been able to keep up with all the new posts...

But I bought the May issue of Uncut for all the Mac stuff in it, and there was a free 18-track CD attached to the front of it (thank god, because the freaking magazine cost almost 10 bucks!). Anyway, it's a compilation CD called "Uncut's pick of the hottest new music". The 14th track is by a group called Calexico and it's titled "Not Even Stevie Nicks."

I about flipped and I was thinking 'oh great, here comes another "sit on my face, Steive Nicks" type song...

But it's actually a cool song. It sort of plays into her being a witch, which is somewhat of an overdone theme, but not in an awful way. If I'm not mistaken it's supposed to be a serious song. I've only listened to it once though. Everyone should check it out just for fun.

Yeah it's a great song ... but they don't actually mention her name in the song..
Which I guess begs the question whether having it in the title was just a publicitiy gimmick..
