I would take inspiration from one of those sexy, elegant designer gowns you see the movie stars wearing at the Oscars. A beautiful gown, kinda like the OSOTM cover but more classy and contemporary. A Valentino gown, maybe...but a different dress/different color every night...Always something elegant though.

this is from the portland tisl show after haewafy... it sort of hit me recently when i listened to it... cause 5 yrs ago when i was going through all this shlt and graduating from high school and having to say goodbye to so many precious people i had someone say this to me. it was at baccalaureate (sp?) mass the night before graduation... and i was so emotional, my dad was visiting (i hadn't seen him since i was 13) and other relatives who i had hardly seen etc... anyway... after mass people were wandering around and i had all these family members like all over me "here take a picture with me, over here take another pic blah blah blah" and at one point i got away from them all and sat on this bench by myself and started crying... my calculus/physics/geometry teacher (who also happened to be my favorite teacher) walked over to me and sat down and we talked about how it was so emotional for me and i told her that it seemed that my whole life i had been saying goodbye to people... for instance my father who happened to be there that weekend... and mrs. johnston said to me "this isn't goodbye, it's hello." and i thought for weeks about that comment... did she mean that i am saying hello to the real world now that i am out of high school? what did she mean? and after 5 years i hear stevie say the same thing and it got me to thinking about it again... and i think i got it.. i think i understand now, how everything can be hello. lol sorry for the ramble... i also love the **** with my people line.. and the witch/hotdog/ box of kleenex halloween costume line...

no i'm sure it was them... at first i didn't even see stevie... i just saw this lady who looked like lori.. and i kind of squinted into the sun to see if it was her... then i realized that the person next to her had turned their head and was looking at me... and you know when you see someone looking at you out of the corner of your eye you just have to turn and look back at them? i switched my focus to the person in the passenger's seat and went "omg yikes yep that was lori alright... and stevie next to her" and even then i just couldnt bring myself to follow them... weird yeah whatever...
