Did I Get Good Tickets?
 

We got up so early this morning to call and order tickets, and I feel I got ripped. The "Best availible Tickets" were the 200 sections. Then on the internet, floor seats were still on sale

So, did I get a good seat?

I don't know how far the 200's section is from the stage is.

this will be my FIRST mac show, probably last. I really want floor tickets, but I do not want to sell mine, I find it to much of a hassle.
Is there anyway I can return mine.

On the 1-800 number (tickets.com? I don't know) said if I was conected with an agent, I would lose my seat, and have to redo my order,? Would this redo work, and help me get floor seats?

I looked the following seating chart (See the URL below) and Section 229 (I believe it may be "Club seating") is at the North end of the Ford Center looking towards the stage.

It's not really a bad section to sit in if you want to see the "stageshow" itself (Like the lighting effects) but you wouldn't be close enough to see the band members (You could/would need binoculars) clearly.

I dont know if I would tell them that you're connected to an agent to get another ticket. But I would call either of these numbers, Tickets.com call center-800-511-1552 or Ford Center Box Office-405-602-8700, And let them know that you didnt understand where you were seated at and wanted a floor seat instead of the section of seating that you ended up with. I just checked and floor seats are still available.

The automated voice said, after selecting Fleetwood Mac, "If you are at any time connected to an agent, you will lose the seats you purchased, and be required to start the ordering process again." Will I have to pay all over again? or will I just get new seats?

...the answer, But I don't. I would call the Ford Center ticket offce tomorrow morning after 11AM CST time and talk to a person who works at the Ford Center Box Office and see what they would recommend.

Or you could do what I did with my orignal ticket and sell it on eBay for exactly the amount you paid...Brian J.
