MIRAGE TOUR DVD (Brazil)

Anybody know about the Brazillian MIRAGE TOUR DVDs that are for sale on ebay (and pretty cheap I might add) ? They look to be pretty official - and even in 5.1. Although they do have a BTM picture of the band (which is SO wrong)... I went ahead a got one - just becuse my video is so worn out...even if it's just a DVD-R.
Check them out here:

Those DVD's...

are just high quality bootlegs of concerts from VHS transferred to DVD and the audio sound is rechanneled/remixed...

I see them advertised all the time on eBay. I would only recommend 'em if you are wanting to replace worn VHS tapes (Like you said in your post.)...Otherwise I would avoid 'em, Bwj
