Radio Play - Peacekeeper
 

~~~I'm thrilled that Peacekeeper is being played on Boston radio stations. A friend of mine, who's a casual FM fan, heard the song and would not leave the car until it was over. She and her husband both love it. I took this as a great sign. Anyone else getting feedback on the single?~~~

The radio in my city sucks and I haven't heard it yet, but I'm always listening for it and I've told everyone I know to call me if they hear it.
It's such a great song, I'm glad it's getting played in some places!

i've called a few stations asking for it... one was ALLL classic rock and said they didn't play new music from classic artists which is bullsh*t cause i recently heard new paul mccartney there... along with some other musician's new music (i can't remember who) so then i called generic rock, or lite rock stations.. and either they didn't answer the phones or they told me they didn't have the single and they wouldn't be getting it or if they did get it they wouldn't be playing it.... f*cking bastards...

Well, I picked a dumb-ass time to quit my job at the commercial radio stations I worked for....BUT, I called a friend of mine who does a morning show on the adult contermporary station, and she claims that she is going to bug and bug the music program manager until we get it...so it should hit this town sometime in the near future...but only one station will be playing it :( Guess it's better than nothing....

Which station in Boston..I am a couple hours away but i still get a few stations...

It was just played on Q104.3 in NYC and Ken Dashow said:
"And that was the gorgeous new single from Fleetwood Mac"
"It's great to have new music coming from them!"
Lindsey then called in and they spoke for about 5 minutes on the
usual schpeel.

I've heard it on two different stations here in Cleveland!

It was also played on 95.5 in NYC and it is being played on the Lite-FM stations 106.7 as well.

I heard it when I was in CVS today!! I was mad because it came on just as I was in the checkout line....if it had been a second before, I would have wandered around some more, just to hear it over the loudspeakers. I did get to enjoy quite a bit of it still!

Well it has finally made it out to the West Coast. I heard it once yesterday and once today. When they played it today the DJ read off the names of a few people that had requested it, including yours truly :D. So if your in the San Diego area give 100.7 a call/email.

Just got back from Las Vegas and it is being played in the casinos there. There is a big add for FM on the MGM Grand video board on the strip for their 2003 tour. They have clips from "The Dance" on it. I heard "Peacekeeper" in the MGM and in the Tropicana.
