Peacekeeper Question

When was Peacekeeper written? I'm just wondering because, to me, it sounds like a kind of rebuttal to "High priestess, she's the keeper of the peace in this..." from Fall from Grace. This has probably been discussed before, but if so it fell out of my memory.

If you find the lyrtics on a website, it might tell you there.
Hope this helps.
