That pic is from an interview in an August 1994 'Datails' magazine interview from '94. I have always loved this pic, it was taken by the famous David Lachapelle. I think it's the best pic she took during the 'Street Angel' period. But I agree, she looks like the love child of Mary Poppins and Carol Kane...

I was surprised when I saw that [picture in Details..it was a little more cheeky than Stevie usually is. Her interview was interesting too if I remember right. They asked her if she had any advice for Madonna and she said something like..."Well the sex thing is getting a little old so maybe she should write a thesis on religion"
