LB Teaching F. Love

no wonder this song was never played live: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/XkE65EbJ0rI

He says "there is no way to describe this" and then "good luck with that"

I have heard other guitarists play it rather good though

Damn….id so much love it if he did an in-depth technique interview with Rick Beato. If anyone reading this is close to Lindsey….please, please, please suggest it to him. It would be so good for him and great for fans.

Yes, Lindsey, “Frozen Love” has underlying chords. (Sometimes, no background in music theory isn’t the advantage that all the rock musicians claim it is.)

The verses are some variation of B minor to A to E — probably with seconds, sixths, ninths, or elevenths added, as well as suspensions, to add the flavor.

I don’t have a keyboard that turns on at the moment. Can somebody write out some chords, based on his playing here? David?

In 1975, Mac apparently ran through it here and there, like South Orange New Jersey, with Christine using her organ to sub for the strings:

If you mean me, I'm back in my hometown this week, staying in an air bnb, with no instruments.
