Hasn't Dave been looking for this footage for years? I'm so glad it's finally turned up- and that it's an obviously live performance. The BS fans on the youtube page are very pleased to have found it. Dave sounds great.

Didn't a bit of (soundless) film turn up not so long ago with Dave in FM as well?

Thanks for posting. Poor old Dave didn't quite look like he fitted in, despite the amazing voice. Unfortunately Dave kind of spent his whole life bouncing around not quite achieving the fame he deserved. Both of his stints in Savoy Brown really were the perfect fit, nothing else came close.
