Rick @The Last Castle?

Has anybody seen this movie? Rick Vito supposedly plays the role of "Red Team Leader", according to IMDB and Rick's wikipedia page. But I'm not sure if it's actually him or a namesake. In other movies he is mentioned as part of the soundtrack, but in The Last Castle it seems he played a role.

I couldn't find any picture or clip where he appears.
