Fun Poll: The Ledge must close one section. Which Ledge board would you eliminate?
 

1) The Rumours board because there are like 4 people who constantly post negativity there about Stevie because she doesn't want to record a new album.
2) The Rumours board because there are like 4 people who constantly post negativity about Stevie because they supposedly have inside information about her songwriting ability.
3) The Rumours board because there are like 4 people who constantly post negativity about Stevie they just think they know everything about FM.
4) The Rumours board because there are like 4 people there who constantly post negativity about Stevie with nothing to base it on.

And yes I know I didn't properly format this as a poll but I figured what is good for the goose is good for the gander.

It is so funny that they think if they are "louder", then they win! (As if there is something to be won.) It really makes me laugh out loud. Also funny is that they think that anyone owes them anything. Or that everyone owes them whatever they desire.

Although I understand your frustration very well, I have to say that one of the things that still makes me glad of being here on the ledge is that these kinds of silly recriminatory discussions take place only in very few and specific places and instances. I hope we won't let them uselessly spread like a disease and taint other possible opportunities of constructive discussion. We don't have to forget that we still have many other things to enjoy as fans, so I think that those who are fed up with the negativity should counteract focusing on what still makes us happy instead.

I probably shouldn't have posted this. I tried to delete it but...stupid me cant figure out how. Anyway...it was meant in jest because it just seems that the Stevie bashing never stops over there. I really try not to go over there much. To me it is like listening to Trump...it just pisses me off and I cant keep my mouth shut. LOL

I like the poll - it made laugh. It's a novel way of expressing frustrations with the Rumours Forum. You don't need to keep your mouth shut - someone has to stick up for Stevie in that section. I would, if I had the time and the patience to keep arguing over the same points.

So funny and so very, very, very true!!!! It's an epidemic over there ALL of the time. It's not just sometimes, its constant Stevie hatred. If it wasn't this god forsaken album, it would be something else that they would find to gripe about. :laugh:

Because only moderators can delete threads and our politics is to delete only publicly offensive ones so don't worry John, I wasn't even refferring to you specifically or this thread. I just feel that even if there have always been few members who like to argue, lately the number seems to have increased at least to me.

Close the Chat board because if something is deamed offensive like politics you can't talk about it and since that is the big topic of the year, there is not a lot to chat about. You can't even talk about award shows because the actors are so political.

What a stupid thread. No section should be closed - although I would like chat to include politics as that is the main talking point.

I like FM and Stevie. Don't most people have that opinion?

i 999.9999999% agree that , and the overzealous censoring/editing of post
BUT i do enjoy not seeing the same thing i see repeatedly on all the social media outlets

I would like to close the threads that want to close other threads for expressing their opinion.
