Question re picking up tickets

i bought my tickets but i have to pick them up at the show is this a big deal I never did that before? I already got my statement so Im paying on them ?

Hi. As I remember .Just get into the"Will Call" window line at the venue box office and have your identification like your drivers licence or Identification card and the credit card that you purchased the tickets with. Also get there early in case the line is very long. Those that went.please add more if different.

thank you
